PHOTOS: Enclose several good photos of your home. Three-quarter views are more interesting than straight-on views. Winter snow scenes make attractive custom Christmas cards. Make sure the details are clear and focused. Utility lines, cars and other objects can be removed.

TURN-AROUND: Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If the drawing is a gift, please state the date you need it by and provide the shipping address, if it is different than yours.

APPROVAL: After your drawing is complete, the artist will mail a proof copy for your approval before shipping the original. Your photos will be returned with the proof copy. The original drawing will be shipped to you after your signed approval and full payment is received by the artist.

PAYMENT: Please include a 50% deposit with your order. The final payment is due after you approve the proof copy. The original drawing will be shipped after payment in full is received. Payment (in U.S. Dollars) may be made by check, money order or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).

SHIPPING: Cost for shipping and handling is additional and dependent on method of shipment. Federal Express is our preferred shipping method for original drawings. Artwork is insured and well packaged to prevent damage.
