| PRICES: Custom drawings start at $500.00 per drawing (payable in U.S. Dollars). The artist will provide a cost estimate before starting your job. Prices are based on time needed for subject research, dimensions of artwork and amount of detail required. Printing costs are additional.
PHOTOS: Enclose several good photos of your subject. Three-quarter views are more interesting than straight-on views. Make sure the details are clear and focused. Utility lines, cars and other objects can be removed. Some subjects such as food art do not require photos . . . provide detailed written description and exact dimensions required.
TURN-AROUND: Please allow 4-6 weeks for single drawings. Delivery times for multiple drawings should be discussed with the artist. The period between October 1 and Christmas is the artist’s busiest time.
APPROVAL: After your drawings are complete, the artist will mail proof copies for your approval before shipping the originals. Adobe Acrobat PDF files sent via e-mail are available as an optional proof method. Your photos will be kept for reference until after the artist has received your signed approval.
ELECTRONIC
IMAGES:
For an additional fee, completed drawings can be furnished as high-resolution
press quality TIFF images delivered via Iomega WhaleMail or on MAM-A
archive gold CD. Please state your platform requirements. Resolution
and dimensions depend on your final use, which should be discussed
in advance with the artist.
PAYMENT:
Please include a 50% deposit with your order after you receive an
estimate from the artist. Original drawings will be shipped after
final payment and signed approval are received. Payment (in U.S.
Dollars) may be made by check, money order or credit card (VISA,
MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
SHIPPING:
Cost for shipping and handling is additional and dependent on method
of shipment. Federal Express is our preferred shipping method for
original drawings. Artwork is insured and well packaged to prevent
damage.
